Getting There
By Subway (Recommended): SEPTA's Broad Street Line runs express trains on event days directly to NRG Station at the stadium's doorstep. From Center City Philadelphia (City Hall or WalnutLocust stations): approximately 20 minutes. This is by far the most reliable and fastest option for getting to and from Lincoln Financial Field.
By Regional Rail: SEPTA Regional Rail connects the wider Philadelphia suburbs to Center City, where transfer to the Broad Street Line is straightforward. Jefferson Station and Suburban Station are the main downtown hubs.
By Rideshare: Uber and Lyft operate in Philadelphia with designated pickup/dropoff zones at the stadium. Pattison Avenue and the surrounding streets are restricted on event days. Traffic approaching South Philadelphia from Center City on I-95 or Broad Street can be heavy in the 90 minutes before kick-off.
Nearby Attractions
South Philly Sports Complex: The immediate neighborhood of the stadium. Xfinity Live! is a large entertainment complex with restaurants, bars, and the PPL Park beer garden. Several informal sports bars on Pattison Avenue are institutionally beloved by Eagles fans.
Philadelphia Museum of Art & the Rocky Steps: 20 minutes north by subway or car. The iconic Art Museum steps where Rocky Balboa famously trained — and the museum itself, one of the world's great art collections.
Old City / Independence Hall: 25 minutes northeast. The Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Betsy Ross House, and the founding documents of the United States. Philadelphia is one of America's most historically significant cities.
Reading Terminal Market: Open since 1893, this covered market is one of America's great food halls — particularly strong on Pennsylvania Dutch specialties, fresh produce, and the iconic Philly cheesesteak (debates about which restaurant is best are essentially a city religion).
